The Zeni Family is proud to present the Villa Brusadela Suites Garda!!! Villa Brusadela, inaugurated in 2019, is located in the hilly area known as “Beati”, about 1.7 km from the Garda lakefront and the town’s main services.
Surrounded by nature and offering a wonderful view of the Gulf of Garda. The villa features two apartments, Oliva Suite and Corvina Suite, furnished in a modern style and equipped with all the latest technologies.

Each suite features 2 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, a courtesy line of 100% eco-friendly products, pool towels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite Smart TV, and a safe. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and American coffee machine.
The suites feature a terrace and a spacious private garden with a barbecue. You can also relax in the shared garden, where you can enjoy a pleasant swim in the pool (from May 1st to September 30th), equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and a play area for children.
